LMS Services and Support
Our Services and Support incorporates Consulting, Grid Analysis, Systems Technical Design, Planning and Project Management. In addition, we offer Spare Part Services, Maintenance and Inspection, onsite as well as remote troubleshooting. Based on an individual Service Level Agreement our Hotline and Priority Support is available with technical experts.
Spare Parts and Repairs
LMS Products are designed for long term use and almost 100% failsafe. Nevertheless, replacement of aged systems may become necessary or economically reasonable. Core components are usually stocked and have a short delivery time.
Defect components can be sent to us for repair. After inspection you will get a cost estimate. In certain cases, LMS Services can provide an alternate component during the repair phase.
You extended your responsibility for a new grid network and are looking for an efficient way of Load Management? You build a new Substation and have to decide about serial or parallel injection? You run Ripple Systems and you are planning the next 10 years of Load Management? You want to establish redundancy with limited Total Cost of Ownership? You are looking for alternative Ripple Receivers to meet your operating needs?

Grid Analysis, Systems Technical Design and Planning
Based on some dedicated Grid Data we calculate the best location for injection, coupling and dimensions of your new, planned System. We take care about the best integration of the System in your Control System.
Maintenance and Service Level Agreement.
To ensure the seamless availability of your Critical Infrastructure, LMS Services provides professional, regular, preventive Maintenance Services and respective documentation for Ripple Systems. Various, tailored Service Level- and Spare Part- Agreements are available.
The Basic Service Level Agreement provides fast response times and enhanced reachability of our experts through our Hotline.

We know how to do it: Ripple control systems always have to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even with the best products, it can lead to a failure. For emergencies, we have set up a service hotline that is there for you. The provision of the hotline number can be booked via a service contract.
