Our Services and Support incorporates Consulting, Grid Analysis, Systems Technical Design, Planning and Project Management. In addition, we offer Spare Part Services, Maintenance and Inspection, onsite as well as remote troubleshooting. Based on an individual Service Level Agreement our Hotline and Priority Support is available with technical experts.

We know how to do it: Ripple control systems always have to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even with the best products, it can lead to a failure. For emergencies, we have set up a service hotline that is there for you. The provision of the hotline number can be booked via a service contract.
